Molly T. Zwerdlinger is Special Counsel for the law firm of Balson, Faix, McVey, LLP. Molly received her B.A. in political science and sociology from Colorado State University. She was awarded her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she received a scholastic excellence award. She is the author of Dying in the Digital Age: New Colorado Law Concerning Access to Digital Assets, which is published in the Denver Law Review online. Molly’s practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Molly is a fourth generation Denver native and loves Colorado. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her son Levi and traveling with her husband.
